My first impression of Lucas was formed via email where I asked to meet him to discuss the sale of my Mother's property. I had to change the time and date a few times and each time Lucas was easy in his responses, accommodating and prompt. I felt completely at ease with Lucas who has a can do attitude to everything. He put me at ease with my expectations. He was able to completely understand the dynamics of the sale in terms of it being a deceased estate and was so supportive in helping me arrange the property for the sale.
